A website project should not require you to take all the risk upfront.
Many website companies require a large deposit, or even full payment, before the website is finished. That can leave the client stuck if the project drags on, the work does not meet expectations, or the website never gets completed the way it should.
Our process is different.
You start with a small deposit to secure your project. The remaining website build balance is not due until the website is finished and approved by you.
If you decide to cancel before the website is finished, you are not obligated to pay the remaining balance. There are no cancellation penalties, no surprise charges, and no additional payments required.
The goal is simple: you should not have to pay in full for a website you have not approved.

Is the website really $400?
Yes. Our website build fee is $400. This includes custom design, content writing, mobile-friendly design, and everything needed to get your website ready for launch.
Are there extra charges for more pages?
No. We do not charge per page for a typical small business website. If your project requires unusually large amounts of content or advanced functionality, we’ll discuss it with you before moving forward.
Do I have to write the website content?
No. Content writing is included. We’ll help organize your information and write the content for your website based on your business, services, and goals.
When do I pay?
A deposit is collected during the Website Planning Meeting. The remaining balance is due before your website is launched.
What happens if I cancel my monthly plan?
Your website will no longer receive hosting, updates, or support through us. Additional details can be found on our What Happens If… page and in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I switch from one Care Plan to another?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Website Care plan at any time if your business needs change.
What counts as a reasonable website update?
Examples include updating text, replacing photos, changing business hours, updating service information, adding FAQs, and making similar content changes. If you’re unsure, just ask.
Do I need the Premium Website Care plan?
Not necessarily. Website Care is a good fit for businesses that only need occasional updates. Premium Website Care is designed for businesses that expect more frequent changes and want additional flexibility.
What happens if I pause the project?
If a project is paused, we’ll do our best to work with you. Depending on the circumstances and the length of the delay, additional fees or a restart of the project may be required. More details can be found on our What Happens If… page and in our Terms & Conditions.
