how long does it take?

7 to 10 business days

Our process typically takes 7–10 business days once we have everything we need from you. We move quickly because the real work happens up front — laying out the structure, setting the foundation, and building the bones of your site before design ever begins. That preparation lets us move fast without cutting corners, so you get a professional website live in just over a week.

the truth of development

the speed & cost of building websites

💸

Most Developers Start From Scratch. That Costs You.

Traditional developers build everything custom—every page, every feature—from the ground up. It’s slow, expensive, and honestly overkill for what most small businesses actually need.

🏗️

We Built the Framework Up Front.

We put in the work ahead of time—months of it—to build a strong, reusable foundation. That way, we’re not reinventing the wheel for every new project.

🧩

Your Site = Solid Structure + Custom Skin.

Think of it like the human body: everyone has the same bones, muscles, and organs. What makes people different is the skin. Same goes for your website.

📈

Less Time. Lower Cost. Better Value.

Because of our system, we don’t waste time—or your money—on things that don’t move the needle (like rebuilding the “bones”).
You get a clean, credible, effective site built fast and priced right.

We make it simple – Here’s How

From Start to Finish: How it works

01

free consultation [15m]

The first step is a Free Consultation. We’ll review your business goals, confirm what you need, and walk you through the entire process. No pressure, no sales tactics — just clarity so you can move forward confidently. You are not obligated to continue. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your Intake Meeting.

02

Intake Meeting [30-60m]

Your project begins here. We’ll discuss your business, outline what your website needs, and confirm the plan you want. This meeting also includes collecting the small deposit that officially secures your place in our schedule and activates the next steps.

Intake Form (Optional) [15-30m]

The intake form gives us the core information we need to build your website accurately — business details, service descriptions, hours, FAQs, and anything else your visitors expect to see. While technically optional, not completing it slows things down and makes the build process harder. Completing it sets you up for a smoother, faster project. This is done before the intake meeting.

Send Us Your Logos, Photos, Content, Etc.

After the intake form, you’ll receive a private Google Drive folder. This is where you can easily upload all your logos, photos, documents, and any files you’d like included on your website. Everything stays organized and in one place, so nothing gets lost in email threads.

Pay the deposit

Your deposit is collected during the intake meeting. Once paid, your project slot is locked in, and we begin preparing the structure of your website. It’s a small, upfront commitment that moves the entire process forward.

03

Website Development [7-10 days]

We begin building your website based on the details from the intake meeting, any files you provided, and your selected package. If you’re on the Full Stack Website package, we also handle your copywriting, content structure, and messaging so you don’t have to worry about wording anything yourself.

04

Review Meeting [15-30m]

When the site is ready, we’ll meet to walk through every page together. You’ll see the full draft, note anything you want adjusted, and confirm what you like. During this meeting, you’ll pay the remaining balance and choose your subscription plan to prepare for launch.

Set up booking calendar & admin dashboard

If you selected the PRO Plan, we’ll connect your calendars to FluentBooking during this stage. This lets customers schedule appointments and make payments directly on your website. We’ll also show you how to access your dashboard so you always know what’s happening behind the scenes.

pay the balance

During the review meeting, once you’ve seen the full draft of your website and confirmed you’re happy with the direction, you’ll pay the remaining balance. We don’t collect full payment upfront — you only pay when the work is essentially complete and you’re confident in what you’re getting. This keeps the risk on us and ensures you stay in control before launch.

Website Revisions (Optional)

Revisions aren’t mandatory, but most clients choose at least a few tweaks after the review meeting. You tell us what to adjust, we make the updates, and then we have one more short review call to confirm everything is finalized. You never owe the remaining balance until you’re satisfied — it’s all built around your comfort level.

05

Start your website on a subscription plan

Your subscription begins during the review meeting.. This activates your hosting, security, maintenance, and ongoing support. Whether you want the ESSENTIAL Plan or the PRO Plan, everything is set up and ready to run the moment your site goes live.

06

Change Domain Nameservers

This step connects your domain name to your new website. Nameserver changes can look technical — and they often are. If you’re on the Full Stack Website package, we handle the entire process for you to avoid mistakes and downtime. If not, we’ll guide you through it step-by-step to keep everything running smoothly.

07

Website Goes Live

Once the nameservers update, your website goes live on your subscription plan. We complete all final checks, confirm functionality, and monitor the launch to ensure everything performs correctly. From here, you’re fully supported as your business grows.

DISCLAIMER

Our typical 7–10 business day turnaround starts after we receive all required details, files, and meeting confirmations from you. Delays such as postponed meetings, missing content, or incomplete intake information will push the timeline out. We can only deliver on the 7–10 day timeframe once we have everything needed to build your site.
